How to check your actual usage
Verify through official account usage pages; never hand your login credentials to third parties.
Prefer your official account reading
- Open Usage in Codex settings or run /status in the Codex CLI. Visible fields can vary by account and product version.
- Claude users can check Settings → Usage on claude.ai; Grok users can check the usage page in Grok settings.
- If the page fails to load or a reading is missing, treat it as unknown, not as 0% or exhausted.
- Never paste cookies, tokens, passwords or account identifiers into third-party sites or tools; this site never asks for them.
